Tiello is proud to partner with a highly respected and fast-growing commercial roofing contractor in Augusta, GA in their search for an Inside Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent personal and customer service skills as well as knowledge of roofing or exterior siding and gutters.
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Job duties will consist of:
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales customers
- Network with local general contractors, property managers, building owners, insurance companies, etc.
- Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer service as a key priority for business referrals and repeat business
- Accurately assess project conditions to provide proper solution tailored to each customer
- Create project take-offs from existing field conditions.
- Compile project submittals and material orders for specified projects
- Provide roofing information - price, quality, point of sales material
- Resolve customer orders, inquiries and problems
- Provide accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers and project completion
- Keeps sales management informed by submitting activity and results reports through sales tracking software
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee all jobs that are sold.
- Meet or exceed quarterly KPI targets
- Attend weekly sales meetings in Augusta, GA
This position offers a competitive base salary plus bonus with the opportunity to work remote several days a week.
