Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator

Location: Orange County/LA County CA

Compensation: $85K-$100K base salary with commissions + benefits

Company Overview:

Tiello is currently partnered with a stable and growing Commercial Roofing contractor in Orange County, CA in their search for a driven and highly motivated Sales Estimator Representative. The company specializes in commercial single-ply roofing systems and re-roof construction projects, and due to continued growth and success, they are expanding their team.

Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing accurate and competitive estimates, and driving overall revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial roofing market
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, and general contractors
• Perform site visits and assess project requirements
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for roofing projects
• Follow up on bids and close sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry
• Strong knowledge of single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, etc.)
• Ability to close $2M+ in Commercial Roofing contracts annually
• Experience in estimating and sales within commercial construction
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
