Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator

Location: Orange County/LA County CA

Compensation: $85K-$100K base salary with commissions + benefits

Company Overview:

Tiello is currently partnered with a stable and growing Commercial Roofing contractor in Orange County, CA in their search for a driven and highly motivated Sales Estimator Representative. The company specializes in commercial single-ply roofing systems and re-roof construction projects, and due to continued growth and success, they are expanding their team.

Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing accurate and competitive estimates, and driving overall revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial roofing market
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, and general contractors
Perform site visits and assess project requirements
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for roofing projects
Follow up on bids and close sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry
Strong knowledge of single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, etc.)
Ability to close $2M+ in Commercial Roofing contracts annually
Experience in estimating and sales within commercial construction
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
