Pay Range: $40-$50/hr

Tiello is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee a large-scale commercial and industrial HVAC installation project in Apple Grove, WV. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is dedicated to safety, quality, and driving projects to successful completion.
The right candidate will bring a proven track record of leading field crews, deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to collaborate across teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all phases of HVAC installation on commercial and industrial projects
- Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site HVAC team while maintaining a safe, productive work environment
- Partner with project managers, clients, and other trades to coordinate activities and resolve conflicts
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to keep work moving forward
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience as an HVAC Superintendent or similar leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUIs in the past three years)
