Position Title: Project Manager
Project Type: Commercial Construction
Location: Houston, TX
Salary Range: $120K- $140K (DOE)
Tiello is partnered with a Commercial Construction on their search for a Project Manager who wants to stay local to Houston while running a consistent pipeline of small-to-mid-sized commercial projects. You’ll be managing work across retail, municipal, and general commercial sectors, with projects typically ranging from $1M–$15M. The team is known for steady growth, repeat clients, and a collaborative dynamic between PMs and Superintendents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Oversee contracts, change orders, and project financials
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and overall project documentation
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on track in terms of budget, timeline, and quality
What They’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects in the $1M–$15M range
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
