Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales

Location: San Diego County, CA (office located in El Cajon, CA)

Compensation: $90K-$100K base salary with commissions + vehicle allowance + benefits

Company Overview:

Tiello is currently partnered with a stable and growing Commercial Roofing contractor in El Cajon, CA in their search for a driven and highly motivated Sales Representative. The company specializes in commercial roof installation, inspection, re-roofing, and repairs. This position would be an outside sales role covering San Diego County.

Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing accurate and competitive estimates, and driving overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial roofing market
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, maintenance/facility directors, owners, and general contractors
Perform site visits and assess project requirements
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for roofing projects
Follow up on bids and close sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry
Strong knowledge of single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR, Coatings and NDL)
Ability to close minimum of $3M+ in Commercial Roofing contracts annually
Experience in estimating and sales within commercial construction
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
