About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking experienced Sales / Business Development Representative to join a growing commercial roofing and waterproofing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an established sales professional with a proven track record, an existing book of business, and the ability to generate new revenue.

The ideal candidate will bring established client relationships, a strong understanding of commercial construction, and a demonstrated ability to drive $3M–$5M in annual sales. This role offers significant autonomy, a flexible work environment, and the opportunity to grow alongside an established team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within the commercial roofing and waterproofing markets.
Leverage an established book of business to generate revenue and drive company growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, facility managers, general contractors, and other key decision-makers.
Identify opportunities for commercial roofing, waterproofing, and service-related projects.
Collaborate with estimating, operations, and service teams to develop competitive proposals and deliver quality solutions.
Manage the sales process from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and project award.
Work independently to manage your schedule, territory, and business development strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales or business development.
An established book of business and the ability to bring existing client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to generate approximately $3M–$5M in annual sales.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Existing non-compete restrictions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with commercial waterproofing.
Experience selling service, repair, and maintenance programs.
Established relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and general contractors.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary ($75k-$125k DOE) + uncapped commission
Commission structure tied to project profits
