Job Title: Civil Engineer, EIT
Location: Des Moines, IA area
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 (salaried)

Company Overview:
A growing civil construction company in the Des Moines area is looking to add a Civil Engineer to their team.
Role Summary:
The Civil Engineer will need to be ready to hit the ground running and jump into the role as they are looking for someone who doesn`t need a lot of training.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze site data (surveys, soil tests) to develop project plans and detailed blueprints for structures, transportation, and water systems
- Estimate costs, manage budgets, schedule resources, and oversee construction to ensure projects stay on track and within budget
- Ensure projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols
- Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and provide technical guidance to teams
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of civil engineer experience is preferred
- 4 year degree in a related field
- Needs to have passed the FE Exam
