Job Title: Commercial Security Sales Representative
Location: Greater Pittsburgh area
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 base salary + Commission

Company Overview:
Tiello is partnered with a leading Commercial Security and Life Safety Integrator based in Pennsylvania, in their search for a Commercial Security Sales Representative to support growth throughout the Somerset, PA market and surrounding region. The company provides integrated security solutions including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and other low-voltage systems for commercial customers.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience selling commercial security, low-voltage, fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, or related technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, identifying security needs, and delivering tailored solutions to commercial clients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, facility managers, contractors, and end users
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Sell integrated security solutions including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion, and related systems
- Conduct customer meetings to assess security needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams including project management, engineering, and installation personnel
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, customer interactions, and pipeline activity
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
- Attend customer meetings, site visits, networking events, and industry functions as needed
- Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial security, low-voltage, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, or related technology sales
- Proven success developing new business and managing customer relationships
- Strong understanding of commercial security systems and solutions
- Experience preparing proposals, estimates, and sales presentations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel locally throughout the assigned territory as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and any required pre-employment screening
- Eligibility to work in the United States
