About the Role:
Tiello is supporting a highly respected mechanical contractor in their search for a Project Executive - Plumbing to lead business development and project execution across major Bay Area plumbing scopes.
This role is ideal for a strong seller with a doer’s mentality - someone who is trusted in the GC community and can convert that reputation into real contracts, while also guiding project teams through delivery with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project pursuit efforts and leverage GC relationships to grow plumbing market share
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction to turnover
- Provide strategic leadership for complex plumbing projects in healthcare, tech, life sciences, and institutional sectors
- Represent the company in business development meetings, interviews, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal departments including estimating, engineering, and field ops
- Serve as a mentor and strategic resource for PMs, engineers, and junior staff
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years in commercial plumbing construction
- Strong presence and reputation in the Bay Area GC network
- Proven track record of securing, managing, and delivering complex plumbing scopes
- Skilled in estimating, project planning, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience with prefabrication, medical gas systems, or high-rise/multi-system integration is a plus
