Compensation:
$40,000 – $60,000 Base + Commission
Realistic Total Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000+

Company Overview
Tiello is partnered with Horizon Roofing, a fast-growing residential roofing contractor in Charlotte, NC, currently scaling operations following new ownership and a recent company rebrand.
Horizon is in build mode — refining systems, elevating professionalism, and establishing the foundation for long-term growth. They are seeking a high-performing Residential Roofing Sales Representative to step in as a key early sales hire and take ownership of a protected territory.
This is not a corporate sales role. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something — not inherit it.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate will have residential roofing sales experience and a proven ability to close $1M+ annually in personal production. This is a field-based role focused on driving revenue within a protected geographic zone while leveraging company-generated leads and developing additional referral relationships.
Sales performance directly impacts company growth. Strong execution in this role will drive future hiring of production managers, field superintendents, and additional sales representatives.

Job Responsibilities
Own and aggressively grow a protected residential territory
Manage and convert company-generated leads (Meta advertising)
Self-source additional opportunities through networking and referrals
Close residential reroof and insurance restoration projects
Develop relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners
Coordinate closely with production to ensure seamless handoff and execution
Attend weekly sales meetings aligned with production planning
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
Consistently drive toward $1M+ in annual personal sales volume
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the field
Qualifications / Requirements
2+ years of residential roofing sales experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket residential projects
Experience selling insurance-based roofing work strongly preferred
Hunter mentality — motivated by commission and growth
Comfortable working within a small, fast-moving team environment
Strong communication and follow-through skills
High accountability and self-driven work ethic
Eligible to work in the United States
Compensation Structure
Realistic total compensation for a $1M producer: $250K–$300K+
