Commercial Roofing Service Sales Manager
Position: Commercial Roofing Service Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $90K–$100K base + commission

Tiello is partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing commercial roofing contractor to identify a Commercial Roofing Service Manager for their Denver operation. This role will lead the service division’s day-to-day operations, overseeing crews, managing client relationships, and driving service revenue through consistent, high-quality execution.
This opportunity is ideal for a service-focused leader with a strong commercial roofing background and a proven ability to manage multiple crews while generating $1M+ in annual service revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, and GC partners while expanding service revenue
- Estimating & Proposals: Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and service proposals
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Manage crew scheduling and dispatch to ensure timely project execution
- Team Leadership: Supervise service crews and uphold quality, safety, and professionalism standards
- Financial Oversight: Track job costs, manage purchase orders, and control labor and overtime to protect margins
- Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA standards, including fall protection and field safety protocols
- Field Support: Provide hands-on support in the field as needed to resolve issues and keep projects moving
- Fleet Management: Oversee company vehicles and ensure drivers maintain clean MVRs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, including service leadership and Sales
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and active service projects simultaneously
- Strong estimating/Sales and proposal-writing skills
- Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Mod Bit, etc.)
- Experience with dispatching, field supervision, and customer-facing service operations
- Solid understanding of OSHA and safety compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
