Job Title: Electrical Foreman/Superintendent

Salary: $90,000k - $130,000k - Hourly wages - Overtime - Travel Per diem - Company Truck

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Electrical Contractor in the greater Southeast area on their search for a Foreman/Superintendent to work on large Electrical Projects. Travel is required.
As an Electrical Foreman/Superintendent you will need to be on-site overseeing ALL aspects of the electrical installation. You will need to ensure that the work adheres to blueprints, contract conditions, company safety policies, and OSHA requirements. Most projects are located in GA, AL, SC, NC, PA, VA & FL. Candidates that are willing to travel outside of the of the Atlanta, GA area can earn a higher salary and travel per diem. We are in need of both local AND traveling Foreman / Superintendents.
Title: Electrical Foreman /Superintendent (5-7+ years)
Project Types: Industrial, Commercial, and Data Centers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians
- Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues
- Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects
- Monitor the work of electricians to ensure quality of work meets standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
