Job Title: Commercial Roofing Superintendent
Location: Kennsaw, GA
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our client’s team in GA. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, managing crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in commercial roofing systems and a proven ability to coordinate teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations for commercial roofing projects.
- Lead, schedule, and manage roofing crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and work meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and clients on project timelines and requirements.
- Conduct job site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance.
- Oversee materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and time tracking.
- Serve as a key point of contact for crews and clients throughout project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within commercial roofing.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, etc.).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.
- Ability to travel to job sites as required.
