Location: Raleigh, NC

Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour

About the Role Tiello is partnering with a well-established and growing waterproofing and building envelope contractor in Charlotte, North Carolina to identify a Waterproofing Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily project execution across active commercial job sites. This company has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability in the Charlotte market and is growing fast.

Position Overview As Waterproofing Foreman, you will be the on-site leader responsible for directing crew operations, managing daily production, and ensuring all waterproofing work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who takes pride in their craft and knows how to get the best out of their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field crews across active waterproofing and building envelope job sites
  • Manage daily production, scheduling, and manpower coordination on-site
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company standards
  • Maintain strict quality control throughout all phases of project execution
  • Communicate daily progress, challenges, and updates to project managers
  • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to keep projects running on schedule
  • Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and work orders
  • Support and mentor crew members to maintain high performance and accountability

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Foreman in waterproofing, building envelope, or commercial construction
  • Hands-on knowledge of waterproofing systems including below-grade, plaza deck, blindside, or fluid-applied applications
  • Proven ability to lead field crews and manage day-to-day job site execution
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling and crew coordination
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety compliance
  • Strong communication skills with both field crews and project managers
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Valid driver`s license required
