Compensation: $140,000.00-$170,000.00 + bonus

Tiello has partnered with an established construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and are seeking an experienced Mechanical Director to support their continued growth and company success.
Strategic Leadership & Growth
· Develop and execute a 3–5 year growth plan to expand division revenue from $30M to $50M while maintaining or improving gross profit margins (17–19%).
· Identify new markets, customers, and service offerings to support profitable expansion of the Mechanical Division.
· Collaborate with the COO and other division leaders to align goals and ensure strategic consistency across the company.
· Lead business development initiatives that focus on relationship-driven growth and long-term partnerships.
Operational & Financial Management
· Oversee all mechanical project operations to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability targets are achieved.
· Drive consistent project forecasting, margin analysis, and job-cost discipline.
· Partner with the COO and CFO to monitor divisional financial performance, report key metrics, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
· Establish and manage KPIs for project execution, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
People Leadership
· Direct and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff to build a high-performing and accountable team.
· Foster a positive culture that prioritizes safety, quality, teamwork, and professional development.
· Identify, recruit, and develop future leaders within the division to ensure long-term strength and continuity.
· Provide clear performance expectations, coaching, and feedback to drive engagement and results.
Customer & Relationship Management
· Serve as the senior relationship leader for key mechanical customers and partners.
· Ensure consistent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through throughout all project phases.
· Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers that drive repeat business and mutual success.
