Tiello is partnered with a well-established mechanical services contractor in Phoenix, Arizona in their search for a Maintenance Sales Representative focused on selling HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of business development or sales experience and a strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close service agreement opportunities within commercial environments.
Services:
- HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements for commercial facilities
- Job Duties include:
- Cold calling and prospecting through various channels to generate new business opportunities
- Analyzing customer needs and presenting maintenance solutions aligned with building systems, equipment, and operational goals
- Evaluating customer owning and operating costs related to HVAC, plumbing, and energy, and estimating potential savings through service agreements
- Executing business development action plans for defined vertical markets and tracking activity through CRM
- Accurately appraising mechanical systems, inventorying components, and recommending appropriate maintenance solutions
- Identifying project opportunities and passing qualified leads to internal service or project teams
- Participating in ride-alongs with Service Technicians to build technical knowledge and strengthen customer relationships
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with field, office, and management teams to resolve issues and maximize profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of new business development and sales experience
- 2+ years of proven ability to strategize, present, and close sales
- 1+ year of prospecting, appointment setting, and cold calling experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
