Location: Confidential | Residential & Commercial Service Territory
Compensation: $80,000– $120,000 Base Salary + Incentive Bonus Plan

The organization delivers turnkey project solutions ranging from facility upgrades to complex system improvements across diverse industries including healthcare, manufacturing, education, and commercial environments.
Role Summary:
The Senior Project Sales Representative is responsible for developing new client relationships while managing existing accounts and delivering turnkey mechanical and plumbing retrofit solutions. This role combines business development, estimating, proposal presentation, and project coordination responsibilities from initial opportunity through execution.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems along with a solution-based sales approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Design-build and negotiated service work
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Develop and communicate preliminary project schedules with customers and subcontractors
- Coordinate labor requirements with service and operations leadership
- Modify work plans and communicate updates as project needs evolve
- Manage and track tool and equipment rentals
- Order equipment and coordinate delivery and shipping schedules
Customer Relations
- Address customer concerns promptly to maintain long-term relationships
- Build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners
- Professionally represent company interests while supporting profitable outcomes
Proposals
- Develop, present, and respond to project proposals and RFPs
- Provide repair, replacement, and system modification recommendations
- Clearly document project scope for both customers and internal teams
- Propose cost-effective and technically sound solutions
Estimating & Preconstruction
- Review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work
- Quantify materials, labor, timelines, and project resources
- Develop proposals for new and existing customers
- Maintain records of account activity and business transactions
- Support development of design-build solutions
Mechanical Systems Knowledge
- Evaluate existing system conditions and recommend maintenance or upgrade solutions
- Identify project opportunities and route leads appropriately
- Participate in industry training events and technical learning sessions
Business Development & Prospecting
- Qualify prospects and deliver effective sales presentations
- Understand client needs from both technical and financial perspectives
- Follow up consistently on leads and referrals
- Maintain an active backlog of quotes to achieve booking goals
Team Collaboration
- Distribute incoming project leads to appropriate team members
- Assist project sales team with scheduling and coordination needs
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding goals and performance
Operational Effectiveness
- Manage schedule and appointments to maximize productivity
- Maintain disciplined quote tracking and follow-through to close sales opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Studies, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing systems experience
- Minimum 5+ years of customer relationship development and account management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organization, and solution-selling skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Eligibility to work in the United States
