Project Manager (New Construction Roofing) - Remote
Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Commercial Roofing (New Construction)
Location: Remote (Nationwide Project Support Required)
Travel: Approximately 1 trip per month (2–3 days per trip) to job sites nationwide
Compensation: $90K – $160K Base + 15% Bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time | Commercial Roofing Contractor | New Construction Division

Tiello is partnered with a well-established national commercial roofing contractor supporting large-scale new construction projects across multiple markets. The company is known for its operational strength, strong backlog, and ability to execute complex roofing scopes nationwide.
They offer a structured environment where experienced Project Managers can take ownership of multi-project portfolios while working alongside executive leadership and field operations teams on high-visibility projects.
Position Overview:
The company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the execution of commercial new construction roofing projects across the country. This role is primarily a desk-based leadership position responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through closeout, with periodic travel tied to kickoff coordination and key execution milestones.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys overseeing complex projects at scale while coordinating closely with field leadership, vendors, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent commercial roofing new construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate project kickoff planning and support field mobilization efforts
- Track project schedules, budgets, and execution timelines
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement coordination
- Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Support contract administration and documentation management
- Monitor financial performance and maintain project margin expectations
- Ensure communication alignment across geographically distributed project teams
- Travel to project sites as needed during kickoff and key execution phases
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
- Strong background supporting new construction roofing projects
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to coordinate remote field teams across multiple markets
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation management skills
- Willingness to travel periodically to project sites nationwide
