Title: Industrial Electrician
Location: Iberia, OH
Salary Range: $30-$40 /hour
Tiello is partnering with a well-established Industrial Manufacturer in Iberia, OH on their search for an experienced Industrial Electrician to support their plant operations and electrical maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician with a strong industrial background to join a team focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment, including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to preventative maintenance and operational uptime.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical components, machinery, and control systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Diagnose and repair equipment including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, including Allen Bradley and Modicon, and interpret complex schematics and technical manuals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and wiring schematics to guide installation and repairs.
- Support and execute the plant`s preventative maintenance schedule.
- Provide input for system improvements and support engineering or maintenance design modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience working with PLC-controlled systems (Allen Bradley, Modicon preferred).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Experience with AC/DC motor controls, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment installations.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their electrical integrations.
- Associate degree in Electrical Technology or completion of a technical training program in electrical/electronic systems preferred.
- Excellent safety record, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance history.
