Job Title: Commercial Roofing Service/Maintenance Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $85K + annual bonus + company truck/fuel card

Tiello has partnered with a well-established roofing contractor in the Charlotte, NC area that is seeking a Commercial Service/Maintenance Manager. In this newly created role, you will oversee roof cleaning and preventative maintenance operations by managing field crews, coordinating inspections and leak responses, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving maintenance service sales. This position was created to support the growth of the repairs and service department.

Key Job Duties

  • Manage all roof cleaning accounts, contracts, and schedules
  • Supervise two field crews and ensure jobs stay on schedule
  • Coordinate leak response, small repairs, and punch-list completion
  • Conduct roof surveys, inspections, and condition assessments
  • Attend and coordinate manufacturer inspections and warranty documentation
  • Review and approve job reports, photos, and paperwork
  • Build customer relationships and sell preventative maintenance services

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial roofing or roof maintenance
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and cleaning methods
  • Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple projects
  • Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
  • Ability to produce detailed reports and documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to safely access rooftops
  • OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
