 Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000 (base)

About the Role

We are hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects. This is a field-focused role offering a high level of autonomy, strong company support, and a clear performance-based bonus structure.

Projects are primarily located within Texas, allowing for consistent travel schedules and regular time at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial projects
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver successful projects

Ideal Background

• Ground-up commercial construction experience required
• Experience with retail, industrial, warehouse, or tilt-wall projects preferred
• Proven ability to manage entire projects in the field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Procore experience preferred (training available if needed)
