Project Manager (Commercial Roofing Service)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary

Schedule: Monday–Thursday in office, Friday work from home

Tiello is proud to partner with a leading commercial roofing consulting company based in Atlanta, GA, in their search for a Project Manager to join their growing service division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional to take ownership of national service accounts and ensure high-quality, on-time project execution for a well-established organization with a strong industry reputation.

About the Role

The Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing national service accounts, coordinating work orders, and ensuring exceptional client communication. This individual will manage reporting, scheduling, and contractor coordination while maintaining a strong focus on process, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple service projects across national accounts
• Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-up for service and small project work (approximately 90% service focus)
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent updates and organized reporting
• Utilize internal systems and client portals to track project progress, budgets, and status
• Collaborate with other Project Managers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and coverage
• Maintain detailed records, cost tracking, and documentation for all service activity

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within commercial roofing, construction, or service operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset
• High proficiency in Excel and data tracking systems
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment (field experience not required)
