Job Title: Assistant Superintendent

Location: Minneapolis, MN area

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 (salaried)

Company Overview:

A growing commercial builder in the Minneapolis area working on local projects for TI and ground up work is looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to their team!

Role Summary:

The Assistant Superintendent will need a strong background on commercial projects and be able to wear more than one hat for the company. This is a very tight knit group and everyone works as a team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Actively lead post-bid, buyout, coordination, team, subcontractor staff, scheduling and crew meetings.
• Develop, implement, maintain and enforce a project quality assurance to include all subcontractors.
• Coordinate and lead all OSHA site visits.
• Obtain and install standardized project marketing materials.
• Assist the Project Manager with monthly progress report, payment applications, anticipated cost report and other financial cost reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects
