Job Title: Commercial Roofing Service Foreman
Location: Savannah, GA
Compensation: $27-$30/hr

Tiello is partnered with a family-owned Commercial Roofing Contractor in Savannah, Georgia in their search for a Roofing Foreman for their Commercial Service Department.
The Service Foreman is responsible for locating leaks and performing commercial roof repairs in a safe and timely manner, while being professional and courteous to customers and fellow employees. You will also be responsible for training new crewmembers and performing preventative maintenance. Must have knowledge of all roof systems (B.U.R, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Shingles, Coating, Metal Roof etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site roof surveys to assess conditions, detect leaks, identify potential challenges, and determine scope of work
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and customers
- Safe and professional operation and maintenance of all company issued equipment such as: vehicles, power tools, phones, hand tools, etc.
- Utilize manufacturer approved repair techniques
- Complete daily assignments in a timely manner with completion of proper paperwork
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing installation and/or service
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repairs (TPO, EPDM, PVC, built-up, modified bitumen, metal, etc.)
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet
- Able to work within a team environment
- Must be willing to submit to a preemployment drug screening to be considered for hire
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
