Title: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Compensation: $40 - $50/hr, based on experience

Tiello is partnering with an industrial mechanical contractor on a search for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join an industrial service and maintenance team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position is best suited for a technician who enjoys solving complex problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

You’ll handle a variety of service calls, from troubleshooting and repairing equipment to performing routine maintenance that keeps critical systems running at peak performance. This is a day-shift role with no night work and comes with a highly competitive pay and benefits package.

What You’ll Do

Inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of HVAC systems and components
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
Accurately document work performed and parts used
Collaborate with fellow technicians and supervisors to complete projects on time
Communicate clearly with team members and customers about service needs and solutions
Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification
Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with a range of HVAC equipment
Clear and professional communication abilities (written and verbal)
A self-motivated work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in varying conditions and lift up to 75 lbs
