Title: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Compensation: $40 - $50/hr, based on experience

Tiello is partnering with an industrial mechanical contractor on a search for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join an industrial service and maintenance team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position is best suited for a technician who enjoys solving complex problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

You’ll handle a variety of service calls, from troubleshooting and repairing equipment to performing routine maintenance that keeps critical systems running at peak performance. This is a day-shift role with no night work and comes with a highly competitive pay and benefits package.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of HVAC systems and components
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
• Accurately document work performed and parts used
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and supervisors to complete projects on time
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers about service needs and solutions
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with a range of HVAC equipment
• Clear and professional communication abilities (written and verbal)
• A self-motivated work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in varying conditions and lift up to 75 lbs
