Job Title: Project Superintendent – Roofing

Location: Greater St. Louis Metro Area (MO/IL)

Compensation: $70K – $85K Base + ESOP + Vehicle Allowance

Employment Type: Full-Time | Roofing Subsidiary of General Contractor

Position Overview

The team is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee roofing and exterior scopes across regional projects.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day field operations for roofing and exterior scopes
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality installation
Manage project schedules, site logistics, and jobsite safety
Review drawings, specifications, and scope requirements
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
Communicate with project managers, clients, and field teams
Maintain quality control across roofing, siding, and exterior systems
Support project closeout and punch list completion

Requirements

5+ years of experience in roofing and/or siding construction
Experience with:
Steep slope roofing systems
Low slope / single ply membrane roofing
Hardboard siding (multifamily/mixed-use)
Exterior scopes including windows, doors, stucco, and painting
Strong understanding of installation practices and field coordination
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain jobsite quality
Comfortable with regional travel

Travel Expectations

Regional travel required
Typical travel includes:
Short trips within surrounding states
Limited overnight stays

Compensation Notes

Base salary: $70K – $85K
$85K is the ceiling (additional approval required beyond this)
