Vice President of Business Development (Commercial Construction)
Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Nationwide Commercial General Contractor on their search for a Vice President of Business Development. We seek a motivated and collaborative individual to spearhead the expansion of their Commercial Construction division across the Country, focused on growth on Commercial, Restaurant, Retail, and Office Construction Projects valued in the range of $10-50 M.
Job Title: Vice President of Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Business Development Strategies matching the team`s growth goals, Building new relationships and business within the Commercial Construction Industry across the Country
- Use a mixture of your Industry Connections alongside Company Resources and Reputation to Grow the Team`s Expanding Commercial Construction Book of Business
- Build and Develop relationships and partnerships with Owners, Developers, Architects, Real Estate Professionals, and other Industry Professionals to create Opportunities for Business
- Expand upon Opportunities with Existing Clients and Partnerships
- Analyze market trends, opportunities, policies, and pipelines to focus in strategic areas aligning with Company Growth Goals
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated track record in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the Commercial General Construction Industry
- Track Record of Delivery of New Partnerships and Opportunities within the Mid-Large Scale Commercial Construction Industry
- Self Motivation and Personal Drive to Seek Opportunities and Deliver
- Keen Ability to Build Relationships and Partnerships, Opening the Door to Opportunities
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously, delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational proficiencies.
- Skill in recognizing and formulating successful sales strategies.
