Experience Required

• 8–12+ years of construction experience
• Proven Project Manager experience on public works projects
• Background in higher ed, healthcare, municipal, or mixed-use construction
• Experience managing ground-up or major renovation programs
• Strong financial and contract management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and agencies
• Stable work history with long-term project ownership
• Collaborative leadership style

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasting
• Coordinate subcontractor procurement and execution
• Maintain client and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with public-sector requirements
• Partner with field leadership to drive execution
• Protect schedule, quality, and cost controls
