Senior Project Manager (Public Underground Wet Utilities)
Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Civil Utilities Contractor in the Phoenix Arizona Area on their search for a Senior Project Manager to oversee Underground Wet Utility Construction Projects.
Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Public Underground Wet Utilities (6+ years)
Project Types: Civil, Underground Utilities, Wet Utilities, Water, Sewer, Public Works, Public Works, CMAR, JOC
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to Perform all essential Senior Project Manager responsibilities
- Oversee Multiple Public Underground Wet Utility Projects Simultaneously
- Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases
- Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
- Oversee & Manage the project schedules and budgets
- Oversee, Develop and Maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
- Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
- Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
- Manage project deliverables
- Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting
Skills & Qualifications:
- BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.
- 6+ years experience with reputable Civil and Utility Contractors
- Experience with Civil and Underground Wet Utility Construction Projects
