Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 base + Commission + Full Benefits

About the Role

Tiello is proud to partner with a respected and rapidly growing commercial roofing contractor in Philadelphia seeking an experienced Service Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll focus on driving revenue growth by selling commercial roofing service work, developing client relationships, and delivering solutions that extend the life of existing roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Generate $1M+ annually in commercial roofing service sales.
Build and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, and general contractors.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to identify service opportunities.
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for service work.
Close new business and expand existing accounts.
Collaborate with operations and service crews to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Track sales activities and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in commercial roofing, construction, or a related service industry.
Proven track record of generating and closing significant revenue.
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Built-Up, Modified, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with a “hunter” mentality and drive to exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with estimating software (EDGE or similar) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + commission.
