Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN area

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 (salaried)

Company Overview:

A leading commercial builder in the Minneapolis area specializing in retail, medical, educational and restaurant is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager.

Role Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will need a strong background on commercial projects and be able to hand the project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final closeout
• Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience on commercial construction projects
• Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
