Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable nationally renowned Security Systems Integrator located in Greater Boston, MA Area. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial low voltage projects, including telecommunications cabling, access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems. This role is responsible for coordinating timelines, managing budgets, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining strong client communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project timelines to align with financial goals and customer delivery expectations.
- Oversee all facets of assigned projects, including personnel coordination, material procurement, financial oversight, and client engagement, to ensure optimal execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Promote a cohesive and productive work environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Create and manage comprehensive project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost control.
- Track and evaluate project expenditures, identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring transparency and alignment at every phase.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to capture evolving requirements, resolve concerns, and share project milestones.
- Address project challenges proactively, adjusting plans to mitigate risks and ensure continued progress.
- Ensure all installations are compliant with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Track project milestones and deadlines, making timeline adjustments as needed to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including progress logs, change orders, and client sign-offs.
- Prepare detailed as-built documentation and system configuration records for project closeout.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support project success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the security systems or low voltage telecommunications industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proven organizational and leadership capabilities to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Proficiency in industry-relevant technology and software platforms.
- Experience using project management tools such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or similar applications.
