Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Job Title: Commercial Roofing Superintendent (30M+)

Location: Vero Beach, FL (Projects along the Treasure Coast)

Compensation: $80K-$85K + company truck/gas card + bonuses + benefits

Position Overview:

Tiello is currently partnered with an established roofing contactor who is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee multiple projects along Florida’s Treasure Coast.

The ideal candidate will manage 3–4 projects simultaneously, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily field operations for multiple commercial roofing projects.
• Manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers across 3–4 active projects.
• Ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality control, adherence to plans, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Oversee material deliveries, equipment use, and jobsite logistics.
• Train and mentor field staff, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and other single-ply and built-up roofing systems.
• OSHA certification and commitment to safety practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites along the Treasure Coast.
