Position: Commercial Roofing Service Sales – Dallas, TX

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 base + 3% of Service Sales + 1% of Production

Experience: Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing sales experience

About the Role

Tiello is excited to partner with a respected and growing commercial roofing contractor to find an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative for their Dallas branch. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on selling service work and building lasting customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, creating proposals, and ensuring clients receive top-tier service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify opportunities for service and small reroof projects within your territory.
Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and prepare accurate proposals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in commercial roofing sales or a closely related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified, built-up).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
