Commercial Roofing Service Sales
Position: Commercial Roofing Service Sales – Dallas, TX
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 base + 3% of Service Sales + 1% of Production
Experience: Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing sales experience
About the Role
Tiello is excited to partner with a respected and growing commercial roofing contractor to find an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative for their Dallas branch. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on selling service work and building lasting customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, creating proposals, and ensuring clients receive top-tier service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for service and small reroof projects within your territory.
- Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and prepare accurate proposals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in commercial roofing sales or a closely related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified, built-up).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
