Job Title: Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $28/hr - $33/hr + Bonuses

Tiello is excited to partner with a highly respected and fast-growing commercial roofing contractor in their search for a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman in the Houston, TX market. This is a key leadership position within the company’s service division, responsible for managing crews in roof repair, leak resolution, and warranty work across a variety of commercial properties throughout the Front Range.

As a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman, you will:

Lead a service crew in the field, oversee daily repairs, manage safety and quality standards, and communicate directly with clients and internal project teams. You’ll take full ownership of service delivery while representing one of the most trusted names in commercial roofing.

Responsibilities:

Crew Supervision: Manage and support a team of service technicians on commercial roofing repair and maintenance jobs.
Repair & Troubleshooting: Lead hands-on work diagnosing leaks, making repairs on TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and sheet metal systems.
Job Execution: Maintain accountability for daily progress, timelines, and quality of workmanship.
Client Communication: Serve as the face of the company on-site, clearly explaining scope, progress, and recommendations to property managers and clients.
Safety Oversight: Ensure OSHA compliance and fall protection is enforced at all times; lead daily safety talks and hazard assessments.
Reporting: Use smartphone or tablet to submit job photos, service documentation, and daily reports.
Mentorship: Train and guide junior techs, fostering a culture of high standards and teamwork.
Field Problem Solving: Take initiative to resolve challenges efficiently and escalate issues when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Commercial Roofing Background: Minimum 3 years of experience with service and repair work; prior leadership or foreman experience preferred.
Roofing System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod-Bit, and metal systems.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to run service crews and lead by example in the field.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with digital reporting tools (smartphone or tablet-based).
Driver’s License: Clean MVR; eligible for company truck.
Dependable & Professional: Strong communication, high integrity, and a focus on doing the job right the first time.
