Tiello is proud to partner with a leading Commercial Roofing Contractor in the Southeast who is actively seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join their team in Savannah, Georgia. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong roofing experience and a passion for safety, quality, and team development — this opportunity is for you.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of commercial roofing experience
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid Driver’s License
Full-time availability and willingness to travel
Positive, solution-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support roofing crews with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Ensure jobs are prepared and materials ready before shift starts
Oversee daily goals, schedules, and performance on-site
Be a hands-on leader and mentor — teach, rotate, and develop crew members
Maintain job site standards, communication, and safety protocols
Use FCS to track and complete job requirements daily
Conduct short safety talks and keep the crew aligned with project goals
Work closely with the Construction Manager to report issues, solve problems, and lead team improvement initiatives
Keep job metrics and quality standards visible and up-to-date
