Commercial Roofing Administrator
Tiello, a specialized recruiting agency in the construction industry, is partnering with a leading commercial roofing contractor to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Administrator in Spokane, WA. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of commercial roofing projects by managing administrative functions and supporting project management teams. If you have experience in the roofing industry and excel in coordinating projects, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administrative operations of commercial roofing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project goals and requirements.
- Prepare and manage contracts, proposals, and change orders.
- Maintain and organize project records including schedules, budgets, and material orders.
- Support project managers in tracking installation progress and ensuring specifications are met.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment tracking for completed projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in addressing project issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate safety inspections and enforce safety standards on job sites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing or construction administration.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and installation processes.
- Previous experience in administrative or project management roles within the construction sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
