Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 (salaried)

Company Overview:
A leading commercial builder in the Minneapolis area specializing in retail, medical, educational and restaurant is looking to hire an estimator. The company combines cutting-edge technology with a family-oriented culture, delivering high-quality projects across the Midwest while maintaining a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and innovation.
Role Summary:
The Estimator will need a strong construction background as the company has many projects that continue to come in.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Calculate the total cost of a project by determining the necessary materials, labor, equipment, and other associated expenses
- Create detailed and accurate bid proposals that outline the project`s scope, costs, and timeline to present to clients
- Analyze project plans, blueprints, technical specifications, and architectural drawings to understand the project`s scope and requirements
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure estimates are accurate and reflect all project requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 years of commercial estimating experience is required
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field
