Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative

Tiello is partnered with a leading Commercial Roofing Contractor that’s growing its Service Division and actively hiring experienced Service Sales Representatives across several major markets.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales, preferably focused on service agreements and/or restoration coating systems
• Ability to conduct site walks, perform take-offs, and understand roof conditions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, internal teams, and vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience working with facility/property managers, GCs, and subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell commercial roofing service contracts and restoration projects
• Attend job walks, gather accurate field notes, and prepare take-offs
• Develop and present estimates, bids, and cost breakdowns
• Collaborate with internal project teams and vendors to support project execution
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranty requirements

Compensation:

• Commission Structure:
• 1% on Production Sales
• 3% on Service Work
• First-Year Target: $750K – $1M in total sales volume
