ABOUT SUZIE
Growing up in Southern California as one of nine siblings in a family deeply rooted in the construction industry, my respect for the field was shaped early on. With a background in sports, my passion for teamwork and leadership naturally evolved into a career in construction recruitment. For over four years, I have successfully built teams for clients across the U.S. in the Commercial Roofing, Electrical, and Mechanical sectors, blending collaboration and industry insight to create winning results. My favorite part of this job is helping talented individuals advance their careers and improve their lives. My mission is to empower companies with the talent they need to thrive and ensure lasting success in an ever-evolving industry.
What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?
What I love most about the construction industry is the sense of accomplishment that comes with seeing a project come to life. Growing up around construction, was one of the first things I learned, even though I don't work directly in the field. As a recruiter, I have a deep appreciation for the hard work and skill that goes into every project, and I'm passionate about helping connect top talent to contribute to projects that leave a lasting mark on communities.
What are some hobbies/Interests?
In my Free time, I love staying active with sports like tennis, softball, and volleyball. When winter rolls around, you can find me on the slopes. I love spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and traveling
