ABOUT DIANA
I am a born and raised Southern California girl! Lived most of my life by the beach and relocated to the Inland Empire region in 2000 to raise our family of 3 beautiful daughters. I fell into recruiting by accident 23 years ago and have never looked back, except for a short period of time when I helped run the office for our Construction business. This allowed me a firsthand look of behind the scenes and gave me a firm understanding of how the industry works. Being in recruiting allows me the best of both worlds; working with amazing clients who trust me to find the right talent for their needs and connecting with top notch candidates who allow me to source and find the job of their dreams. Helping people is why I do what I do!
What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?
The thing I love most about construction is one day is always different from the next. I enjoy being part of the whole process; from concept and planning; to design; to preconstruction and all the way to close out. There is something rewarding about being part of building something important that will stand for decades to come. I believe very strongly in skilled trade; we need to spend time attracting young people who want to grow and learn and be part of something bigger than themselves.
What are some hobbies/Interests?
In my free time, I love being outdoors. Camping, boating, country music concerts and anything that has to do with my beloved Los Angeles Dodgers! Go Blue!
