ABOUT KAITLYN

Born and raised in New Jersey, I grew up spending summers working at the shore, which really helped to shape my strong work ethic and people-first approach. I earned a degree in Health Behavior Science with a minor in Business Administration- an academic mix that I truly believe set the foundation for my career path!

Before moving into recruiting, I worked in Medical Device Sales as a spine hardware representative, partnering closely with surgeons and hospital teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. That experience strengthened my communication skills and taught me the value of trust, reliability, and relationship building.

Now new to the construction recruiting space, I bring a consultative mindset focused on connecting skilled professionals with the right opportunities and helping companies build strong teams. My background in sales allows me to approach recruiting differently, keeping things very straightforward and personal.

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

My favorite thing about the construction industry is how collaborative it is. Success depends on constant communication and teamwork across every level- from field to leadership- and everyone plays a role in moving a project forward. I enjoy working with people across all areas, building relationships, and helping teams stay connected as they work towards a shared goal.

What are some hobbies/Interests?

Outside of work, I love to travel and am really excited to see more of the world- whether it's a new country or a familiar beach town. Growing up near the shore definitely sparked my love for being by the ocean! I am a huge dog lover and would have a house full of them if I could! Baking has also been a passion of mine ever since I can remember! I love trying new recipes and sharing treats with my family and friends!
