I have a decade of experience specializing in construction recruiting. My hands-on industry background gives me a deep understanding of what it takes to find and place the right talent for complex projects.

I hold a Fashion Degree from FIDM and have lived and studied abroad, which has broadened my perspective and enhanced my ability to connect with diverse candidates and clients worldwide. I’m fluent in three languages and passionate about building strong relationships and delivering tailored staffing solutions.

My focus is on quickly and accurately matching construction companies with top-tier professionals to ensure project success. I believe in long-term partnerships and always strive to add real value.

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

My favorite thing about the construction industry is its tangible impact—seeing a project come to life from blueprint to building. There’s something incredibly rewarding about knowing you’ve contributed to creating spaces that people will live, work, and thrive in. Plus, the industry’s constant evolution keeps it exciting and full of new challenges to solve.

What are some hobbies/Interests?

Besides my professional life, I love exploring new places through travel, discovering different cultures and cuisines. I enjoy Reformer Pilates and photography, singing, and I never miss an opportunity to indulge in good food, go shopping, catch some sun tanning, or enjoy a relaxing nap. Keeps life balanced and exciting!

Favorite book or famous quote?

One of my favorite quotes? "The question isn’t who is going to let me; it’s who is going to stop me." — from The Devil Wears Prada. It’s all about confidence, independence, and never holding back — because I believe in going after what I want with style.  

A great book that resonates with confidence, strategy, and a bit of edge—perfect for my vibe—one if my all-time favorites is "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu. It’s a timeless classic on strategy, mindset, and understanding human nature, and it’s often appreciated for its insights beyond just warfare—applied to life, business, and personal growth.
