ABOUT JILL
Originally from outside Philadelphia, I earned degrees in business administration and communications from Wilkes University and completed my Master's in Education at Villanova University. I spent 12 years as a sixth-grade teacher before making a career pivot into construction recruiting in 2020. I specialize in placing leadership-level talent within the construction industry across the East Coast. With a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, and industry insight, I take pride in making placements that truly share the communities around us.
What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?
I'm inspired by the tangible impact of the construction industry. Each role I fill contributes to projects that are vital, visible and lasting. There's a deep satisfaction in knowing that the professionals I connect with these opportunities are helping to share our communities in real and enduring ways.
What are some hobbies/Interests?
I'm a proud dance mom, love playing tennis with my son and enjoy cheering on my daughter at track meets. I also enjoy camping, biking and spending time in Lewes, DE and Sandbridge Beach, VA. I'm a big fan of the WNBA, the Philadelphia Eagles, and country music—but most of all, I cherish time with my husband, 3 kids, and friends. They're the heart of everything I do.
