ABOUT MORGAN

From a young age, I always had a passion for helping others. I graduated from college with my degree in human services with the goal of becoming a therapist, but as many do, I fell into the world of recruitment. I got a call during my post grad job hunt without ever even hearing about recruitment, and I took the leap. Being able to blend a passion for helping others while also building relationships, the puzzle piece fit perfectly...8 years in recruitment later, here I am! Now a married woman and a mom to my new fur-baby, I have the pleasure of changing the lives of construction employees who in turn change the world by building some of the most necessary elements to our built environment.  

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

What I love most is seeing the real-world results of the work. It is awesome to see how the people I help place are part of creating something huge. The relationship building piece on both the candidate and client side is above all the best part.

What are some hobbies/Interests?

I enjoy spending time with my husband, fur-baby, friends and family. I am a big foodie, love checking out new restaurants, going wine tasting, traveling and going on adventures.
