ABOUT BAILEY
I studied Human Resources and Psychology, and during my recruiting internship I quickly realized I had found something I truly loved. I’ve always been interested in understanding people and what motivates them, what drives them, and how to help them succeed. From there, I spent time in account management where I built strong client relationships and learned how to really listen and deliver on business needs. I’ve worked across the golf, automotive, and landscaping industries, which has helped me become adaptable and comfortable in different environments. I’m also a proud Chick Evans Scholarship recipient, which means a lot to me because it represents hard work, community, and opportunity. Being born and raised in St. Joseph has shaped who I am and gave me a strong foundation rooted in relationships and work ethic.
What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?
What really excites me is the opportunity to connect with clients and candidates and help bring the right people together. I love building genuine relationships and being someone others can trust. There’s nothing better than helping someone land their next role and knowing you had a small part in changing their career and potentially their life. That impact is what keeps me motivated every day.
What are some hobbies/Interests?
In my free time, I love being active and outdoors. Hiking and working out are some of my favorite ways to reset. I also enjoy reading, traveling, and experiencing new places whenever I can. Spending time at church and investing in my faith and community is important to me and keeps me grounded. Overall, I just really value growth, connection, and making the most out of every opportunity.
