ABOUT MARK

I am married to the love of my life and the father to three beautiful kids.  I was introduced to recruiting and construction through some very good friends. I dove in head first and haven't looked back. With almost a decade of recruiting under my belt I have learned the value and importance of developing relationships. I firmly believe that helping others is a path to success. Prior to recruiting my background was in credit card processing and service sales. This provided me with a great baseline and I believe contributed to my success as a recruiter. I'm grateful for the experience but much happier with the fulfillment I get from recruiting. Contributing to the development of new construction, growth of an organization, or helping someone make the next step in their career is something to take great pride in. 

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

Definitely the people. Learning about and understanding their goals and putting them in a position to achieve them. Construction shapes the landscape or our world and to be even a small part of that is professionally and personally satisfying.

What are some hobbies/Interests?

I have a passion for cooking. I find the process of preparing a meal soothing to my soul. Learning a new technique or method is exciting and I enjoy sharing the craft with others. Any time spent with my family from playing games, going on outings, or watching a movie. Being a father is the greatest honor I have known.
