ABOUT RYAN

Growing up in Southern California my entire life, I have seen this community blossom into one of the most influential and diverse communities. From a young age and throughout my education, I had a dream to become a small business owner or be able to work with small businesses in my local community. Upon graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, I had the ability to came up through the Construction Industry working multiple on Public Works projects as a Labor Compliance Coordinator with contractors such as Hensel Phelps, Kemp Bros Construction and The Walsh Group. As a recruiter now in the industry I have known to grow and love, I get the privilege to have the opportunity to help other construction professionals find fulfilling jobs, and help my clients find the talent they need to power their innovative businesses’.  

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY?

What attracts me the most to the Construction Industry is that it represents the building blocks of our local and national communities. The Construction Industry has laid down the physical and technological foundations from everything from our schools and roads to our local economies and vast infrastructure. 

I love that I get to contribute to this amazing industry by helping California’s top construction professionals find their dream role within the industry.

WHAT ARE SOME HOBBIES/INTERESTS?

If I’m not out on the soccer field, I am either out hiking or camping throughout Southern California with my Golden Retriever.
