Caroline Ivester

ABOUT CAROLINE

I was born and raised in Bedford, New Hampshire, where I grew up with a passion for sports and fitness; playing soccer, basketball, and swimming. Fast forward to my college years, where I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice.

I was always intrigued by the entire process/development of commercial, residential, and industrial construction. I wanted to further my education with a law degree focused on real estate law. I was accepted into several law schools in North Carolina when I was approached by a private equity firm that was looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple private real estate acquisitions along with new construction projects. I ended up taking the role which opened my eyes to the construction industry. I love seeing multi-million dollar construction projects come to fruition, while being involved in the key communications process for multiple General Contractors along with their subcontractors.

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

I thoroughly enjoy cultivating relationships throughout the construction industry. I love helping clients and individuals achieve success.
 

What are some hobbies/Interests?

In my free time, you will most likely find me in the gym working out at 5am each day. I also love running outside, cooking, shopping, or taking a quick trip to Mexico! I love spending quality time with my amazing family which includes my husband, two kids and three dogs!
