ABOUT RUTH

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Wisconsin, and I've always had a deep appreciation for nature and the great outdoors. Growing up, I had the unique privilege of being surrounded by the world of construction through my Dad's company. From a young age, I was fascinated by the process of turning raw materials into amazing structures. Watching the dedication, craftsmanship, and teamwork that went into every project sparked my passion for the construction industry.

After going to school at the University of Minnesota, I started on my journey in the world of Sales and Recruitment. It was a fulfilling experience to witness firsthand the power of matching the right person with the right role, contributing to the growth and success of both individuals and organizations.

What is your favorite thing about the Construction Industry?

It's hard to pick just one favorite part, but if I had to choose, the thing that makes the construction industry special for me is the people. The hardworking individuals who pour their passion into their craft, the camaraderie that forms on construction sites, and the shared pride in creating something meaningful together.

It's an industry that fosters relationships, both personal and professional, and for that, I'm grateful to be a part of it.

What are some hobbies/Interests?

My hobbies include reading, photography, exploring the outdoors, health & wellness, music, and concerts.
